Booking policy
Dear Customer,
Your booking is only valid if it has been confirmed by us in any form (e.g. email or phone).
If the scheduled appointment does not suit you and you would like to cancel it, you can notify us by email or phone.
Please arrive at the location at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. In case of delay, the duration of the massage may be reduced. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and accept another guest, except for prepaid massages.
If you need to cancel due to illness or any other reason, please inform us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Refunds for online prepaid services are only issued if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the booked appointment.
For pass holders, if a booked appointment is not canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be deducted from the pass.
Your personal data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
