Booking policy

Dear Customer,

Your reservation is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g., email, phone).

If it no longer suits you and you wish to cancel the reserved time, you can notify us via email or phone!

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the appointment, please inform us in advance! Since rescheduling takes time, cancellations/changes to the appointment are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the reserved time (via email or phone), taking our business hours into account. In the case of a cancellation within 24 hours, we are unable to refund the value of the service that was paid for online in advance.
